The Team:
We are a supportive and friendly team of experienced engineers. We work across web, mobile, backend, infrastructure and data, taking ownership of problems wherever they exist. We have a culture of trust, conscientiousness and quality, and we have a passion for innovation.
We know we don’t have all the answers. We’re looking for smart, effective people who are eager to learn alongside us and our customers. We want someone who’ll bring fresh ideas to improve both our products and how we work.
We believe great engineering combines technical excellence with strong product thinking. Engineers are trusted to contribute to product discussions, challenge assumptions and help shape solutions, not just implement requirements.
We actively experiment with modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows where they genuinely improve productivity, quality or developer experience.
We champion remote working with staff based around all the UK and have flexible working hours including time for self-development.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our development team and help build scalable, reliable and simple solutions.
You’ll work across customer-facing products, internal systems and platform services. Our technology stack includes JavaScript, Golang and Ruby, and we’re looking for engineers who enjoy learning and working across different technologies. Our infrastructure runs on AWS and is managed through Terraform and modern CI/CD workflows.
Most of your time will be spent delivering product improvements and customer-facing features, working closely with product, design and other engineers. Depending on priorities and interests, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to platform, infrastructure, reliability and developer experience initiatives.
We believe engineers should be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to deployment, monitoring and iteration.
We’re focused on building things the right way and continuously improving how we work. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys solving meaningful technical and product challenges.
