Chief of Staff to Global Broking Centre CEO

This is a hybrid position offering the option to work both remotely and from our London office, following our in‑country Smart Working policy.

What the day will look like

Provide strategic insight, analysis, and recommendations to aid decision‑making by the GBC CEO.
Conduct research, competitive intelligence, and market/client analysis to inform regional priorities.
Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends across the globe.
Coordinate activities, initiatives, and leadership priorities across regional divisions.
Lead or coordinate special projects initiated by the GBC CEO, often involving cross‑functional workstreams.
Support the planning and execution of client meetings, executive forums, and speaking engagements.
Develop communication plans and materials that articulate strategic messages across the GBC.
Draft or equivalent experience in preparing sensitive, high‑stakes correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO’s office and collaborators across Aon.
Ensure high‑quality preparation for CEO engagements, including briefings, decision support materials, and meeting documentation.
Coordinate information flow, priorities, and follow-ups to sustain smooth, effective operations of the CEO’s office.
Attend or represent the CEO in key meetings and working sessions where appropriate.
