We don’t expect perfection, but we are looking for someone who takes ownership, works smart, and communicates clearly. That’s both with clients and with the team. We want you to enjoy your work and will strive to create a fulfilling environment; the exchange is for you to take responsibility for what’s in your remit and follow through.
In practice, that means you’ll:
- Take responsibility for your area and see work through
- Be mindful of commercial realities (e.g. budget, time, effort vs impact, etc)
- Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, even when the message is complex
- Follow processes and documentation so we can scale quality
- Tackle problems logically and stay engaged when things get tricky
- Make decisions with evidence and testing wherever possible
- Be curious about AI-assisted workflows and practical ways to improve output
- Show up as a strong teammate and represent the agency well
