eCommerce Marketing Executive

Brand Extro & Vert is a growing lifestyle and fashion brand focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a results-driven eCommerce Marketing Executive to help accelerate our online growth, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Management

Manage and optimize the brand's eCommerce website.
Ensure product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
Monitor website performance and customer experience to improve conversion rates.

Digital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.

Content & Social Media

Coordinate content creation for website, social media, email, and advertising campaigns.
Work with designers, photographers, and influencers to create engaging marketing assets.
Support social media growth and community engagement initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

Track website traffic, sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Use analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and customer behavior trends.

Customer Growth & Retention

Implement strategies to increase online sales and customer lifetime value.
Manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
Support loyalty, referral, and retention programs.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is an advantage.
