Full job description

The Chiltern Medical Clinic is a private dermatology and laser surgery clinic.

We are located in the beautiful village of Goring on Thames .

We are a successful and growing clinic specialising in non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures. We have an excellent reputation and provide outstanding patient care.

Our ethos is to offer the highest quality treatments and a five-star customer service in a warm, friendly, relaxed environment.

We are looking for someone warm and friendly, who is passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times to our patients and the team of doctors and aesthetic practitioners.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

Meet and greet patients for consultations/treatments ensuring they are dealt with in a first class, professional manner
Must be bright, astute, motivated and logical thinker
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High standard of written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Ability to have initiative in decision making and proactive in getting tasks completed and problems solved
Excellent diary management
Responding to customer enquiries via all media channels, e.g. face to face, telephone, email, web chat and social media
Ensuring all enquiries are adequately screened to ensure patient safety and quality of consultation
Providing all enquiries with accurate information regarding their proposed procedure
Responsible for taking payments for treatments and products, ensuring company policies and procedures and security standards are complied with
Update the credit card log following all credit card purchases
Responsible for the co-ordination of patient files
Responsible to ensure patient complaints are reported to a Manager
Cashing up and banking
Opening and closing the clinic and ensuring the clinic is ready for trading
Liaising with all the team
Safeguard the company’s cash and banking, ensuring money is banked in compliance with company policy and staff welfare is protected
Product and stock control
Responsible for the clinics Petty Cash
Printing, scanning and filing patient notes
Filing patient pictures
Other admin duties

Job requirements

The most important aspect of your role is delivering excellent customer service, and as such we are interested in hearing from applicants with the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in 5 Star Client Relations in the hotel / beauty counter / spa / leisure sector
Have impeccable presence and be naturally bubbly
Efficient, organised, capable to multitask
Have the ability to listen and respond to demanding client needs
Excellent communication skills
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of client service
Flexible Team player with a positive, “Yes I can” attitude
Team work is essential, as is reliability and flexibility for shifts.
Your great communication skills will help ensure that our patients have a fantastic experience.

Salary depends on experience.

You will work at Goring on Thames clinic, in a rota with the other members of staff. Weekday and Weekend working.

We can only accept applications for those entitled to live and work in the UK.

All offers of employment will be subject to receipt of satisfactory references.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
