Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reach, Next.js Developer to join our innovative team at QrArc.com. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences through front-end and back-end integration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse tech stack, including React, Node.js, and various database systems, contributing to the realisation of our digital solutions. The ideal applicant will possess a strong background in software development, with a keen eye for UI/UX design and system architecture.

Duties

Develop and optimise qrarc.com responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design wireframes and translate them into functional interfaces.
Integrate APIs and web services such as REST, GraphQL, and SOAP to facilitate data exchange.
Manage version control using Git and GitHub, ensuring code quality through unit testing and continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
Utilise containerisation tools such as Docker for deployment processes; work within cloud environments like AWS or Azure as required.
Implement front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, and AJAX to qrarc.com to enhance user experience.
Contribute to system architecture planning and optimise database interactions with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
Participate in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) activities including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Engage in web design optimisation for SEO and responsive web design principles to ensure accessibility across devices.

Experience

Proven experience in front-end development with React.js and Next.js frameworks.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (including TypeScript), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Django or ASP.NET is advantageous.
Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or SQL Server.
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git/GitHub; experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
Knowledge of containerisation (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Ability to implement web services via RESTful APIs or GraphQL; understanding of SOAP protocols is a plus.
Experience in software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum; familiarity with Jira or Trello is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on system architecture optimisation and data visualisation techniques using D3.js or similar libraries.
