We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior BI & IT Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a school, college, or university leaver who is eager to start their career in software development, data, and IT.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real business systems, supporting both our internal operations and growing e-commerce platform. From day one, you’ll be contributing to live projects and learning from experienced professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of internal applications
- Writing and improving SQL queries and working with business data
- Supporting business intelligence and reporting solutions
- Helping maintain and enhance existing (including legacy) systems
- Working across IT, development, and data projects
- Troubleshooting system and data issues across the business
What We’re Looking For

Essential
- Interest in software development, IT, or data
- c understanding of programming or databases
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Good attention to detail
Desirable (but not required)
- Exposure to SQL
- Classic VB or VB.NET
- React or JavaScript
- Awareness of how systems and databases work
- Interest in BI or reporting tools
- Personal or academic projects in tech
- GitHub profile or examples of your work (we’d love to see anything you’ve built)
