Temporary Immigration Paralegal (1-Month Contract)

Location: Harrow, North West London (Office-Based)
Contract: Fixed-Term (1 Month)
Start Date: Monday, 24 August 2026
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About Us

Templeton Legal Services is a specialist immigration law firm providing advice and representation to individuals and businesses across a wide range of UK immigration matters. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal services with a personal and professional approach.

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team on a temporary one-month contract to assist with a busy caseload.

The Role

You will support our solicitors by preparing applications, drafting legal documents and corresponding with clients and the Home Office.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing UK immigration applications
Drafting legal representations and supporting documents
Liaising with clients to obtain information and evidence
Preparing application bundles
Conducting legal research where required
Managing files and updating case management systems
General administrative support to the legal team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working in UK immigration law
Strong drafting and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
Professional and client-focused approach
Right to work in the UK

Experience with case management software is desirable but not essential.
