Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly, from managing appointments to maintaining records. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our team’s efficiency and positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring essential items are stocked and accessible
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for staff members
Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
