Overview
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's continued success in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce.

Duties

Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs within the logistics sector
Work autonomously to generate, develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor logistics solutions that meet client requirements
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
