Administration Admin(ROLE FILLED - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY)

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration Admin to join our team and provide essential day-to-day administrative support within a busy professional environment.

This is a varied role where you’ll support internal teams, maintain systems and records, manage communications and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.

As a Administration Admin you'll:

Provide general administrative and office support
Handle telephone calls, messages and day-to-day communications
Support with internal systems, including eProphIT and UKProG Payroll
Generate reports and maintain accurate records
Manage system administration and document control
Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Support the management team with other reasonable requests

What we're looking for:

Experienced in administration, ideally within a professional or corporate environment
Organised, methodical and detail-focused
Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
A strong communicator who can work with people at all levels
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
Flexible and able to remain calm under pressure
Proactive, reliable and willing to support the wider team
