Full job description

Marlborough College is seeking to recruit an organised and reliable Hospitality Office Administrator to join our dedicated and experienced Hospitality Team.

The key purpose of the role is to provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Hospitality Team, ensuring the smooth planning, organisation, communication and billing requirement for internal and external catering events across the College site. The successful candidate will also act as the first point of contact for hospitality enquiries and coordinate all associated administration to support excellent customer service and operational delivery.

This part-time role of 22.5 hours per week for 38 weeks per year would suit anyone with previous administrative experience. Experience with the hospitality and catering sector is desirable but not essential.
