The Opportunity
We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can bring people together, build trusted relationships and help teams achieve excellent outcomes.
As a key member of the project team, you'll lead quality, assurance and continuous improvement activities across the project. Working closely with colleagues, delivery partners and stakeholders, you'll help embed a proactive quality culture that supports safe, efficient and successful delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading project quality and assurance activities throughout delivery
Building strong relationships across project teams, supply chain partners and stakeholders
Supporting teams to achieve right-first-time outcomes
Using data and insight to identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and sharing lessons learned
Supporting governance, compliance and assurance activities
Helping develop a collaborative culture where quality is everyone's responsibility
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who can influence, collaborate and deliver positive outcomes in complex environments.
Construction experience is not essential.
You may have developed your expertise in:

Assurance or Compliance
Governance or Risk
Operational Excellence

Audit or Regulatory Environments
