Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Architect to lead the design and development of innovative building projects. In this role, you will transform concepts into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling structures. Your expertise will drive the entire architectural process, from initial planning and client collaboration to detailed design and construction oversight. Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to understand project goals and translate them into comprehensive architectural designs.
Develop detailed drawings, models, and specifications that adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.
Lead the conceptualization of innovative solutions that optimize space, functionality, and sustainability.
Oversee the selection of materials and finishes to ensure quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented on-site.
Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain design integrity throughout construction phases.
Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements to continually enhance design quality.

Skills

Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
Excellent knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, sustainability practices, and safety regulations.
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and contractors.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Creative problem-solving skills combined with a practical approach to design challenges.
A degree in Architecture or related field; licensure or certification is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
