Full job description

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent Senior Claims Adjuster to join our Claims team, managing a portfolio of Special Risk claims and supporting the delivery of the TMK Claims Business Plan. Reporting to the Claims Manager – Enterprise Risk & Special Risk, you will handle complex claims, build strong client relationships, and work closely with Underwriting teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a diverse portfolio of claims, including complex and high-value matters across Special Risk, Cyber and other lines of business.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Partnering with Underwriting teams on claims and policy wording issues.
Delivering a first-class claims service and fair customer outcomes.
Supporting business objectives through effective claims management and decision-making.
Maintaining compliance with conduct, delegated authority and financial crime requirements.

What we're looking for:

Extensive experience handling Political Risk, Trade Credit and Political Violence claims within the Lloyd’s market.
Strong knowledge of the London Market and claims best practice.
Interest in developing expertise across Cyber, Intellectual Property and Product Recall claims.
Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement.
A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ECF.
