Location: Harlow Engineered Floors Ltd, Loughborough, LE11 5GW

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours of Work: 08:15 – 17:15 Monday to Thursday, 708:15 – 17:00 Friday

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice Administrator to join our team in Loughborough. You will be responsible for the processing of paperwork and dealing with customer queries in a timely manner. You will also be fielding and directing customer queries to the relevant individual/department and dealing with them if admin related.

Processing of departmental paperwork to designated deadlines will also be expected.

What you’ll be doing as an Apprentice Administrator:

Ensuring the accurate and proficient maintenance of filing systems
Fielding queries in a professional and efficient manner, and thereafter relay the queries to the relevant team member
Helping to resolve invoice queries
Accurate data input
Supporting the Designers and the Departmental Management Team

Your Skills:

IT/Microsoft Office.
Customer Service.
Dealing with Complaints.
Proof Reading.
Call Handling Experience.
Note Taking/Time Management.
