About Us:
MTH Networks is a family-owned connectivity provider. One of the things that sets us apart is holding direct relationships with our carriers rather than buying through resellers, we manage that relationship end to end, rather than a middleman sitting in between.

Role Overview:
We're hiring a B2B Sales Manager to win new business for MTH Networks. This is a new-business-focused role first and foremost, prospecting, pitching and closing across our target sectors. It starts solo, but it isn't meant to stay that way. Prove yourself, and within 3-6 months you'll be building and leading your own sales team, reporting directly to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect and win new business across our target sectors
Build and manage a structured pipeline from first contact through to close
Represent our network and carrier proposition accurately and confidently
Work directly with the Directors on pricing and deal structure
Build toward recruiting and leading your own sales team within your first 3-6 months
Keep pipeline and forecasting accurate and current

Requirements:

Proven track record winning new B2B business, ideally connectivity, telecoms or IT
A genuine hunter, comfortable prospecting and opening doors cold
Confident with business owners, IT leads and decision-makers
Commercially sharp, able to structure a deal sensibly
Genuine ambition to build and lead a team within your first 3-6 months
Full UK driving licence, this role involves travel to customer sites

What We Offer:

Uncapped commission from your first deal, with real upside if you land bigger multi-site or enterprise contracts
Realistic Year 1 earnings of £65,000-£90,000+
A genuine path to building and leading your own sales team within your first 3-6 months, with your package growing again once you do
Direct access to the Directors, not layers of corporate management

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
