In this role you will have the opportunity to drive profitable growth for ABB’s Building Automation and IoT-enabled solutions across by expanding the customer base and strengthening partner coverage with end users, consultants, contractors, and system integrators. You will own the territory sales plan, pipeline, and forecast.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Sell and position IoT-enabled building solutions, including HVAC controls, BMS, aligned to customer outcomes (comfort, efficiency, uptime, sustainability).
Build relationships and influence specifications with end users/owners, consulting engineers, MEP firms, contractors, and system integrators.
Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, solution positioning, proposals/quotations, negotiation, and closing.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product management, engineering, operations, technical support) to win projects and ensure strong delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the Role
Extensive experience of B2B technical sales and sales management experience in building automation/BMS, HVAC controls, lighting controls, or related smart building technologies.
Proven experience dealing with end users, consultants, contractors, and system integrators in a project/specification-driven environment.
Solid understanding of typical building automation architectures and integration concepts (e.g., IP networks, gateways, protocols).
