Job Title: B2B Marketing Manager

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire, 3 days in office

Reports to: Head of B2B Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to support key campaigns and initiatives within our growing marketing team. This role suits a marketer with some experience under their belt, who is looking to build on that experience across marketing automation, email campaigns, website content, lead generation, and sales enablement. You'll work closely with sales and marketing colleagues, taking ownership of day-to-day tasks with support from the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation and Email Campaigns

Support the planning, build and execution of email campaigns through Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Help build, test and optimise email journeys, landing pages, and nurture flows, applying best practice to improve results over time.
Pull together campaign performance reporting, and help identify areas for improvement.

Website Content and Updates

Support website content updates (e.g. case studies, product pages, lead generation elements), keeping content aligned with campaign priorities.
Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and optimised for SEO.
Work with internal stakeholders to help keep the website up to date.

Lead Generation

Help plan and deliver lead generation activity across multiple channels (email, web, social, events).
Support list segmentation and audience targeting for campaigns, ensuring they are well targeted.
Track leads and help report on conversion performance, flagging opportunities to improve results.

Agency and Paid Media Support

Support the day-to-day relationship with external agencies, including paid media agencies, helping brief requirements and review output.
Help monitor agency performance against agreed budgets and targets.
Work with agencies to support the delivery of paid media activity that helps meet lead generation goals.

Sales Enablement

Help create and maintain sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, battlecards, and lead follow-up content.
Work with the sales team to understand their content and campaign needs, feeding this into marketing outputs.
Support the handover of marketing-qualified leads to sales, helping ensure a smooth follow-up process.
Help gather feedback from sales on what's working and feed this back into campaigns and materials.

Trade Show Support

Help source suitable trade shows and events for the business to attend, based on target audience and commercial priorities.
Support stand selection and design, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to bring the stand to life.
Help produce artwork and materials needed for trade show stands and collateral.
Support the development of lead generation tactics and lead capture solutions for use at trade shows and events.

General Marketing Support

Help create marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, case studies) to a good standard of quality and consistency.
Suggest ideas for improving marketing processes and campaign approach.
Build good working relationships with the sales team and wider business.

Skills and Experience

Some experience in a B2B marketing role, for example having contributed to multi-channel campaigns.
Exposure to marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar) is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with data and happy to learn how to turn it into practical recommendations.
Confident communicating with stakeholders across marketing and sales.
Keen to build experience in sales enablement and agency management, even if not yet hands-on in these areas.
