Job Summary

We are a hospitality business who are bringing a bit of the Irish Magic to Broad Street this summer and yes we have genuine Irish heritage running through our veins!

What are we bringing?

We're bringing you some amazing Live Music Acts, only the very best Irish Stout, Irish Cocktails that'll make you green with envy, a little bit of Irish food and a whole lot of great CRAIC!

We are looking for talented & dynamic team members who bring their personalities to the table and are passionate about showing our guests the best service and time whilst they are with us!

The roles available offer an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset within a hospitality environment, with like minded team members who want to meet guest expectations day in day out!

As owners & managers we are always looking to develop & upskill our team members to give them the ability to progress in their careers whilst having fun doing it!

Positions available - please note all roles require a strong work ethic

FT Bar Tenders - Cocktail experience preferred but not essential
PT Bar Tenders - Cocktail experience preferred but not essential
FT Floortenders - Vibrant personality & guest experience
PT Floortenders - Vibrant personality & guest experience
Bar Backs - Restocking bars and other general duties

Duties

Provide outstanding guest services by greeting visitors warmly and serving drinks to perfection
Assist with opening/closing procedures to make sure the venue is set up for the day ahead.
Support management in coordinating team activities and maintaining high standards of service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the premises to ensure a safe and inviting environment
Work in tandem with other team members to deliver seamless service experiences
Be inviting when new team members start, there's nothing worse that people feeling unwelcome.
Support in managing stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed
Be punctual/on time for your shifts
Have great communication with guests, team members & management
Qualifications
Previous experience in Hospitality prefered in advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
This position offers valuable experience in the hospitality industry, with opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment. Applicants should demonstrate enthusiasm for guest engagement and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Pay: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
