Paid Ads Specialist - Dental

This is a pivot role. We're moving from ad-hoc activity to a properly run, accountable acquisition function and you'll be the person who owns it. You'll take full responsibility for paid media across both Google and Meta, the budget behind it, and the pipeline of booked consultations it produces. You won't be one cog in a big agency, you'll be the engine. This is a results role. We care about ROAS, cost per acquisition and booked consultations, not impressions and vanity metrics. If you think in terms of the funnel and you can prove what you've delivered, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Own:
- Strategy and Build: Plan, build and run paid campaigns across Google (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) from first principles to live.
- Budget accountability: Own a monthly ad spend of around £20,000 and be accountable for every pound of return on it, allocating across channels and treatments to maximise blended ROAS.
- Pipeline, not clicks: Drive qualified leads and booked consultations for high-value treatments, working back from CAC and CPL targets rather than top-of-funnel noise.
- Creative and testing: Build and test hooks, angles, audiences and landing experiences in a structured testing cadence, killing losers fast and scaling winners.
- Creative briefing: Define the content and creative each campaign needs and brief our Marketing Manager and Videographer on exactly what to produce, from concept to format.
- Tracking and attribution: Keep conversion tracking, UTMs and lead-source attribution clean and trustworthy, so every booking can be traced to the campaign that drove it.
- Reporting: Report performance clearly and make data-led calls on where budget goes next, with no hiding behind soft metrics.
Who we're looking for:
Essential:
- You've advertised in the dental space and understand the treatments and what actually sells.
- Proven, hands-on experience managing ad spend at the £20,000+ per month level or higher.
- Demonstratable high ROAD and strong conversion volume with numbers you can show us.
- Confident running and optimising campaigns across both Google and Meta.
- You live in CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and CVR and make decisions from them.
- You understand content and creative for ads and what stops the scroll and converts.
Desirable:
- WordPress: Comfortable editing and improving landing pages without waiting on a developer.
- SEO: Working knowledge of organic search to complement paid.
- Landing page CRO: An eye for what lifts conversion rate on a page.
- Analytics Stack: GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and dashboard reporting.
