Position Overview:
As the Bar Manager at Il Gattopardo, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the bar team to ensure excellent guest experiences through top-notch beverage service. You will oversee the creation and enhancement of our beverage lists, including cocktails, mocktails, and spirits, ensuring that all drinks are served in accordance with legal guidelines.
