Full job description

We are currently recruiting for a confident, welcoming and articulate administrator to join our fast paced office/reception.

Motor trade experience is preferred.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 09.00am until 17.30pm - weekdays only, we do not open at weekends

1 hour lunchbreak

Daily Administrative duties :

* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails

* Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service

* General office administration and filing

* Data entry and maintaining accurate records

* Processing vehicle paperwork and documentation

* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues

* Supporting the day-to-day running of the office

* IT proficiency and experience necessary

* It is imperative that you are approachable and most importantly able to create a wonderful first impression of our business.

* Previous experience of operating a busy switchboard system is advantageous but not essential.

* Be able to meet new people, building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.

* Salary to be discussed
