Full job description

We're hiring a 2nd Line Support Technician to join a Service Delivery Team, based on-site at a client office in Woking, Surrey. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.

What you'll be doing

First point of contact for technical service requests, providing remote and deskside support
Logging and managing support tickets through their full lifecycle
Escalating and resolving more complex issues
Managing workload to meet client SLAs and KPIs
Owning incidents, requests, and change requests end to end

What you'll need

Minimum 2 years' experience supporting internal IT users, remote and deskside
Experience with office moves/relocations
Strong technical knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10, and PC/server hardware (including mounting and racking)
Clear communicator, confident working at all levels
Good time management and prioritisation skills

Nice to have

ITIL Foundation
MCITP: Server Administrator or MCSE: Windows Server
MCSA
CCNA
