Love being on camera? Passionate about travel? We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and engaging Social Media Video Creator & Presenter to become the on-camera personality across Hays Travel's social media channels.

As a Social Media Presenter, you will create captivating live and pre-recorded content that brings holiday experiences, destinations, and offers to life through compelling storytelling, helping to drive engagement and sales leads.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating content, has a passion for travel, and is comfortable in the spotlight. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in shaping Hays Travel's social media video strategy, bringing holidays to life through entertaining, informative, and engaging video content.

Competences / Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, presenting, or a related role
Confident speaking and presenting on camera
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build audience engagement
Ability to create entertaining, promotional, and educational content
Quick-thinking, adaptable, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
A passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and industry updates
A positive attitude with a willingness to contribute new ideas and creative concepts
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively

Key Responsibilities

Act as a recognisable and trusted face of Hays Travel across social media channels, representing the brand with authenticity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Host live social media broadcasts, presenting holiday offers and experiences with enthusiasm to generate customer enquiries
Engage, entertain, and interact with audiences, live on air, to encourage participation
Create and deliver a regular schedule of piece-to-camera social media video content across multiple platforms
Act as a host and presenter for travel features, interviews, events, and destination visits
Research, plan, and prepare content for live social media sessions and video productions
Inspire and influence audiences by highlighting key selling points, communicating benefits, and bringing travel experiences to life in a persuasive manner
Adapt communication style to relate and connect with different audiences, tailoring presentation approach to maximise relevance and impact
Produce various forms of social-first content, including longer form, vlog-style videos, capturing holiday experiences, destination highlights, travel tips, and behind-the-scenes moments
Participate in content creation opportunities, including destination visits, corporate and consumer events and supplier collaborations
Collaborate with the wider Marketing Team to develop content ideas that align with business objectives and target audiences
Champion social media video content across the business, helping colleagues build confidence in creating video content by sharing inspiration, guidance, and practical tips
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Stay informed of industry developments, travel trends, and social media best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
