Job Title: CRM Solutions Consultant (HubSpot)
We’re looking for someone to become the first point of contact for new client projects, turning business requirements into well-scoped HubSpot solutions and working closely with our implementation team to bring them to life.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology, has excellent communication skills, and understands how systems integrate.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls with new HubSpot clients to understand their business processes, goals and pain points.
- Gather, document and manage project briefs, ensuring requirements are clear before implementation begins.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the implementation team.
- Work closely with developers and automation specialists throughout project delivery.
- Configure HubSpot where appropriate, including pipelines, properties, workflows, reports and automations.
- Advise clients on CRM best practices and recommend improvements to their processes.
- Manage project communication, keeping clients updated on progress and ensuring projects remain on track.
- Carry out testing and quality assurance before solutions go live.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (or another major CRM platform).
- Understanding of HubSpot Workflows, Pipelines, Custom Objects and Reporting.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com or Zapier.
- A basic understanding of APIs, webhooks and how software systems communicate.
- Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs or reading API documentation.
- An appreciation of programming concepts (JavaScript, Python or similar is a bonus but not essential).
- Experience integrating third-party systems such as eCommerce platforms, booking systems, payment providers or marketing tools.
- Understanding of data migration and CRM implementation projects.

- Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify.
- Experience with SQL or databases.
- Experience with AI tools and automation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Conversions API or other marketing integrations.

You’ll work with businesses of all sizes, helping them design CRM systems that automate processes, improve reporting and integrate seamlessly with the rest of their technology stack. No two projects are the same, so curiosity, technical thinking and a passion for automation are essential.
This role sits between the client and the technical team, ensuring projects are correctly scoped, efficiently delivered and exceed client expectations.
Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
