Atomic Digital Marketing / ADM Labs · Remote (UK) with occasional travel for client meetings · Full-time or Contract · £32,000–£42,000 DOE
The Vision
At Atomic, we aren't interested in just "using" AI. We are building the future of how marketing and software are delivered. Atomic Digital Marketing is a UK digital agency, and our sister brand ADM Labs is its build arm: AI products, bespoke software, and the automated systems that power how we deliver client growth. We are moving beyond the traditional agency model into a tech-enabled growth company, and this hire is foundational to that.
The Role
This is a hybrid position with two halves, and we mean both:
Build (approximately 60-70%): You will own development projects end-to-end, from scoping to deployment. Client websites and web applications, AI-powered lead generation tools, marketing automation agents, multi-tenant platforms integrated with advertising platforms and CRMs, and our own SaaS products. We work AI-first: Claude Code and similar tools are central to how we ship, and we expect you to use them fluently while applying real judgement to their output. Over time you will help build the internal agent ecosystem that powers our SEO, PPC, and reporting work, and shape how those tools are productised for clients.
Client (approximately 30-40%): You will manage your own client accounts: leading calls, scoping requirements, providing progress updates, and translating "can it do X?" into a technical plan. You are the technical point of contact clients trust, not a ticket-taker behind a project manager.
What you will work on
- Client websites and web applications (Next.js, Vercel)
- AI products and agents: assessments, content and reporting automation, agent workflows built on the Claude API and MCP
- Platform integrations: Meta and Google Ads, CRMs, Stripe, email infrastructure
- Our own SaaS products, from initial build to production
- Internal automation that eliminates manual friction across the agency
About You
- The Builder: You have a founder mindset. You don't wait for a brief; you see a manual process and you build a way to kill it. You have shipped real things, and live URLs matter more to us than CV polish.
- The Communicator: You can explain technical decisions to non-technical people clearly, and you don't hide when something has gone wrong. Clients will rely on you directly.
- Technically solid: Strong Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, and Tailwind. Working knowledge of Supabase or Postgres, authentication, and serverless deployment. Confident integrating third-party APIs from documentation alone.
- AI-native: Fluent with AI-assisted development and LLM APIs, with the judgement to refine what they produce.
- Self-managing: Remote means you own your week.
Desirable: agency or client-facing experience, RAG or agent framework experience, mobile development (React Native or app store submission).
Why Atomic
- Build the future: You are not just another employee; you are an architect of our next era, with a role designed to grow into a leadership position as ADM Labs scales.
- Autonomy: Freedom to choose your tools and define your workflow, reporting directly to the founder.
- Tech-forward: Paid AI development tooling provided, and we invest continually in the latest tools.
- Remote-first: Fully remote with occasional UK client travel, expensed. Salary reviewed at six months for full-time hires.
