About the Role
As a Senior Engineer, your mission is to take full ownership of end-to-end delivery within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture, ensuring the platform remains optimized, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on complex compliance workflow automation.
- Configure and customize core modules including ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and ITOM using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Lead technical delivery from initial design through to testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
- Develop robust integrations and custom scripts using JavaScript and REST APIs to extend platform capabilities.
- Drive engineering excellence by conducting code reviews, maintaining technical documentation, and mentoring junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural issues while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow out-of-the-box best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and building integrations via REST APIs.
- Strong background in ServiceNow Architecture and hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality delivery and ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
