Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job description:

As a Graphic Designer at Agile Wings Limited, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our clients' messages and aligns with their brand identities. You will work on a variety of design projects, from concept development to final production. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for converting our clients' requirements and ideas into visual designs that span a wide range of mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and design visual content for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to: Branding and identity design, Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters), Digital graphics for websites and social media, Logo design, Packaging design, Illustrations
Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback effectively.
Ensure that all design work aligns with clients' brand guidelines and maintains brand consistency.
Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and edit graphics.
Keep up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to continually improve and innovate.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Prepare designs for print production, including creating print-ready files and coordinating with print vendors.

Graphic Designer Experience:

Strong proficiency in design software and design concepts.
Capable of working independently on a range of design projects.
Mastery of design software and a deep understanding of design principles.
Demonstrated experience with diverse design projects, possibly including branding, marketing collateral, digital graphics, and print materials.
Experienced in client communication, managing design teams, and overseeing projects from concept to completion.
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and visual identities.
Highly skilled in client communication, project management, and budget management.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, InVision).
Strong knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
The ability to create visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Understanding of design for both print and digital media.
Knowledge of image editing, vector graphics, and layout design.
Familiarity with pre-press processes, print production, and file formats.
Basic web design skills, including HTML and CSS, are often a plus.
Implement and manage content using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
Strong creative and artistic abilities, with the capacity to think outside the box and produce unique, visually appealing designs.
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in design work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, as Graphic Designers often work closely with clients, team members, and art directors.
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining the quality of work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and design trends.
The capability to address design challenges and find creative solutions.
A client-centered approach, with the ability to understand and meet client objectives and preferences.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with other relevant design and prototyping tools is a plus.
Understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with and reinforce a brand's identity.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and the ability to design materials for online marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
Familiarity with print production processes, including preparing designs for print, understanding color profiles, and working with print vendors.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
