Job Role: Java UI Developer

Job Location: London, UK (4 days per week from office)

Job Type : Contract (6 months ) / Perm

Job Description:

Role Overview:

Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java Spring Boot and React JS to build scalable microservices and modern front-end applications, leveraging AI-assisted tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop microservices and REST APIs (Spring Boot)
Build responsive UI with React JS
Collaborate across teams throughout SDLC
Apply coding, testing, and design best practices
Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Claude) for productivity
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments
Containerise and deploy via Docker & Kubernetes

Primary Skills:

Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs
React JS, JavaScript (ES6+)
Cloud (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
AI-assisted development tools
