The Role
As a Full Stack Web Developer at Mass Creations, you will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications, websites, eCommerce platforms, and bespoke software solutions for a diverse range of clients.
This is a true full-stack position where you will work across both front-end and back-end development. You'll be responsible for creating engaging user experiences, building scalable application architectures, integrating third-party services, developing APIs, managing databases, and deploying applications into production environments.
Working closely with our Creative Director, development team, and clients, you will help scope, design, build, and launch digital products that solve real business problems. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your projects while collaborating with a highly motivated and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern websites and full stack web applications.
- Build responsive and accessible front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
- Develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and integrations using Node.js and related technologies.
- Work with databases, data structures, and application architecture.
- Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, CRMs, and external APIs.
- Build and manage websites using Shopify, WordPress, Sanity, and Contentful.
- Participate in project planning, technical scoping, and solution architecture discussions.
- Deploy, maintain, and support applications across cloud and hosting environments.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Learn and contribute to additional technologies and programming languages used throughout the business.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, project stakeholders, and clients.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong commercial experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing back-end applications using Node.js.
- Experience working with Shopify and WordPress.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work independently when required.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.

- Experience with Next.js.

Working Hours
- Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week

Salary
Up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on skills, experience, and technical capability.
