About us
We are Apex Infinity Solutions, a fast-growing tech company specialising in Salesforce software solutions. Our mission is to help businesses achieve growth through software optimisation and efficiency. We’re at a pivotal stage in our journey and are looking for someone eager to join our focused team as we enter the next chapter. We believe in supporting talent from the ground up and giving early-career developers the space, mentorship, and tools they need to grow into confident, skilled professionals.
The role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Junior Developer who has recently graduated or is starting their career in software development. You don’t need years of experience; what matters most is your eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and passion for technology.
As part of our development team, you’ll work on real projects alongside experienced consultants, picking up industry best practices and honing your technical skills in a supportive environment.
Please note: Candidates must be based in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the team on designing, building, and maintaining software.
- Learning and writing clean, testable, and efficient Apex code.
- Learn and apply development best practices (version control, testing, documentation).
- Learning how to work within a customer facing environment providing onsite support coverage.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues with support from senior colleagues.
- Continuously grow your knowledge through hands-on work and mentorship.
What we’re ideally looking for
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
- Some experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.).
- A genuine interest in building & developing software and solving problems.
- Willingness to learn new tools, languages, and frameworks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
(Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box; we value potential and attitude over development skills. If you are adaptable and willing to learn fast, we can teach you everything you need)
What we offer
- A mentorship program.
- Exposure to a wide range of projects, clients and technologies.
- A friendly, collaborative work culture.
- Professional certification budget
- Flexible hours with potential remote work opportunities
- Private healthcare (upon completion of probation)
- 25 days holiday (3 days saved for Christmas week)
- Birthday day off
- Long term service holiday
- Company pension
- Employee discounts
