Overview
We are looking for a confident and practical IT & Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied role where your main responsibility will be supporting the day-to-day IT, websites and online systems used across the business. You will also help with ecommerce, product management, online retailers, website content and general operational support.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable using different systems, enjoys solving problems and is happy to get involved across different areas of the business.
You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have strong general IT skills, be confident learning new systems and be able to investigate problems independently.
About the Role
This would suit somebody who enjoys variety.
One day you may be helping a member of staff with an IT problem, the next you could be adding a new product range to the website, investigating an online-order issue, working with a developer on a website problem or helping resolve an issue with one of our retailer systems.
It is therefore important that you are practical, adaptable and comfortable figuring things out rather than only working within one narrow area of IT.
Full training will be provided on our internal systems and processes.
