Full job description

Buckden Dental Clinic are looking for a dental receptionist to join our friendly team.

We seek a candidate who possesses excellent customer service skills. Private dental practice in the quiet village of Buckden near to the A1 and A14. Separate decontamination room and fully computerised with digital x-rays, SOE and clinipads.

Dental reception experience is required. Position would suite a dental nurse looking for a more administrative role. Looking for a candidate who posses the following qualities.

Outgoing and motivated
Loyal, reliable, flexible and punctual
Take pride in providing exceptional care and bringing practice success
Hard working, diligent and positive attitude
Possess excellent written and spoken English skills

Main Responsibilities:

Meet and greet patients
Booking appointments face to face and over the telephone
Taking payments including cashing up at the end of the day
Sending patient recalls
Provide a high level of customer service and patient care
Carry out other administrative duties as directed by the practice manager

Salary will be dependent on experience and enthusiasm. Practice working hours are:

Monday 8.45am-7.30pm
Tuesday 8.45am-5.30pm
Wednesday 8.45am-5.30pm
Thursday 8.45am-5.30pm
Friday 8.45am-3.45pm
Saturday 8.45am-1.30pm (once every six weeks)

Looking for someone to work two days per week. Temporary contract for 12 months initially.
