Full job description

Tan Allure is a chain of luxury tanning salons in Aberdeen and surrounding areas. Customers choose Tan Allure for the accessibility of salons open 7 days a week, ease of our registration process, cleanliness of our salons, cutting edge technology in our tanning equipment and our staff who are fully trained to assist with every aspect of the tanning process.

Everything we do at Tan Allure is carefully selected and researched, from our modern tanning salons to our imported tanning beds. We aim to heighten the tanning experience.

Tan Allure is not simply about providing a beautiful and glowing tan, although it is important that you feel confident in your skin. We at Tan Allure recognise that your wellbeing is important too.

Duties Include -

Management- Managing salon consultants by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and high customer service standards are maintained
Sales Goals- Achieving sales targets, delegating to salon consultants, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
Teamwork- Through daily team meetings, effective communication and recognition of positive work you will ensure the in-store teams remain motivated and work to achieve individual and counter targets
Promotions and Special Events- Building business with innovation by creating both in salon and external events.
Stock- Ensuring the salon remains stocked at all times, and reporting any concerns to the director immediately.
Communication- You will be responsible for communication salon to other salon managers and directors as well as maintaining high levels of open communication on the salon
Administration- You will be responsible for ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and yearly administration is completed, and where necessary assisting with director administration
Staff Rotas - You will ensure staff rotas are completed fairly and on a monthly basis
Hygiene and Housekeeping- You will ensure the salon and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

Be able to work in a team. Sharing your knowledge, and learning about the industry you will develop a best in class approach to drive performance and improvements within your team.
Have a friendly and engaging personality, you will thrive in a fast paced and busy environment - a real people person.
Want you to be the expert in your area. You will be the go to person for all things Tan Allure, so you’ll have a real hunger for learning and developing knowledge.

Hours: up to 40 hours per week
