Full job description

The Associate HR People Partner (HBPP) will report to the HR People Partner and be embedded in either a Trust business unit, operational locality or specialist service area to provide specialist support advice and guidance to the local management team.

The Associate HRPP will act as an interface between the operational management teams and the centralised transactional services, ensuring effective communication in relation to the establishment position.

Please note interviews for this role are planned for Friday 24th July.

Act as a people partner to directorates, senior management and their teams, develop thorough understanding of the business plans and HR issues to ensure that workforce requirements are identified and support planned and delivered in a timely basis.

You'll have the opportunity to work in one of the most diverse regions in the country, with the vibrant capital city just a stone's throw away and the invigorating North Sea coast to the east.

At EEAST we bring together all our skills to provide 24 hour, 365 days a year urgent care to those in need of emergency and non-emergency medical treatment and transport in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
