Actual Salary - £20,467 - £21,459 pro rata

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a rewarding career in People and Payroll administration? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic People and Payroll Administrator to join our dedicated team at the University of Chichester Multi-Academy Trust, supporting our family of schools across Hampshire, Portsmouth and Sussex.

As a People Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education.

Working across all areas of People, you will support the Central People Team in delivering a high-quality People service across the Trust’s academies. This varied role combines HR administration, HRIS maintenance, and payroll and pension support, helping to ensure accurate, efficient and effective processes across all areas of work. Your journey begins at the University’s Bognor Regis Campus, a vibrant and dynamic setting where innovation meets education.
