Full job description

Accounts Assistant

Part-Time position available with an immediate start - Salary - Minimum wage based on age

Holiday entitlement – 20 days + 8 bank holidays

This is a great role for someone looking to work within our medium sized family business within the construction industry. Experience is preferred however training will be provided.

Duties Include:

· Printing and matching supplier invoices.

· Accurate and timely input of all supplier invoices

· Resolving any purchase invoice queries with Purchasing and Supplier.

· Matching PODs with invoices to confirm supplier deliveries.

· Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.

· Filing.

· General administration and accounting duties as required.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
