We have an immediate role available for a Caretaker/maintenance person at our brand new motorhome sales facility in Heywood. The role is either part time or full time with a minimum of 3 days a week. The general duties include maintenance of this dealership, plus upkeep of other sites within the area, tasks such as weed killing, painting, yard jet washing etc. The role would suit an active person. Time keeping is essential, a full driving license and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Pay: From £12.75 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bury, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- drivers licence (preferred)
