Full job description

Fashion Assistant Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Fashion Assistant to support the day to day operations of our fashion manufacturing studio. This is a varied role offering exposure to overseeing garment development, sourcing and tracking, administration, organising and communication between departments and studio management.

Key Responsibilities:

ORGANISATION!
Assist with fabric and trim sourcing, ordering, and supplier communication.
Track garment samples as they are sent and returned
Organise and manage fabric, trim, and sample archives.
Assist with website updates, content creation, and social media activity.
Coordinate meetings, deliveries, and general studio administration.
Support recruitment activities, interviews, and onboarding when required.
Assist with showroom preparation, events, and sample sales.
Ensure the studio remains organised, efficient, and presentable at all times.
Keep logs, excel sheets and personal records to keep organised.
Emailing suppliers and buyers
Sending parcels and post and tracking
General organising of garments and trims to ensure a tidy environment

Skills & Experience:

Extremely strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in fashion production, product development, and the wider fashion industry.

HOURS - 37.5 WEEKLY

FINISH AT 3PM ON FRIDAYS
