About The Role:

To support in the successful delivery of Facilities Maintenance contracts, across the Central Belt (Scotland).

As a Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer, you'll support in all FM related works with a bias towards Mechanical Maintenance across a variety of sites, including healthcare and education settings.

Key Responsibilities:

To plan, inspect and carry out reactive repairs or preventative maintenance as required and to respond to breakdowns in a timely fashion.
Ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed within budget and to the required quality standards and contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
Carry out Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance works, ensuring work is carried out to the correct specification and with the highest quality.
Provide quotations for any works recommended.
Take responsibility for ensuring that a safe system of work is followed prior to the commencement of the work activity
Ensure that sites are kept to the highest standards, to ensure all works are completed.
Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
Must have a current, valid driving licence
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing
Gas Safe Qualified (Commercial gas Safe)
Commercial gas qualifications preferred.
Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are always followed.
CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
Able to work On call
Understanding of First Aid
IT Literate - Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft products
