Our client, a well-established franchised used car dealership in Hemel Hempstead, is looking for a new junior member of staff who is bright, enthusiastic and has a passion for cars. This is an outstanding and rare opportunity to begin a career in car sales, with full training and support, a basic salary, the opportunity to earn commission from sales, and a company car after successful completion of a probationary period.
The successful candidate will be given a great opportunity to develop their skills in automotive industry sales in a friendly team, with excellent potential for long term career progression in this well known and highly respected company. During the first 6 months as a junior sales executive, the salary will be £18000 pa. Once the training has been completed, you will move to their Sales Executive package which includes a basic, commission and company car. You will be expected to earn well in excess of £35-40000 OTE per year once training is completed.
