Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager/ level 3 and up in beauty, laser etc to oversee Soko Clinic and South Coast Hair restoration as well as working performing treatments such as hair removal, hydrafacials, micro-needling and if possible laser related treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to influence organisational success and foster a positive working environment.

Duties

Lead, motivate, and supervise branch managers and teams to achieve business objectives.
Understand, enforce and keep up to date with CQC compliance within the company.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and maximise profitability.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business growth.
Have a background in a clinic setting.
Have at least a level 3 in beauty.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation across regions.
Address escalated customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Promote a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, integrity, and excellence.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a managerial capacity, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Level 3 in beauty therapy or similar.
Business knowledge
Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of motivating staff towards achieving targets.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in analysing performance data and preparing comprehensive reports.
Relevant qualifications in business management or related fields are desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional seeking to make a significant impact within a reputable organisation by leading regional operations with strategic vision and operational expertise.

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour
