Position: Master Technician/Mechanic
As a Master Technician at our centre you’ll lead the technical operations of our workshop. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are road-ready and reliable. Be part of a family-focused environment that values collaboration, expertise, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles of all makes and models (cars and vans).
Carry out repairs and maintenance for Class 4 and Class 7 MOT vehicles.
Efficiently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with expert precision.
Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure peak vehicle performance.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior technicians, fostering teamwork and growth.

What We're Looking For:

Expertise in diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical faults.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including Class 4 and Class 7 MOT standards.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
A self-starter with a positive attitude who can lead a team and work independently.
Full, clean driving license is essential.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
