As our Senior Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities across multiple operational channels.
This is not simply an operational management position. We are looking for someone who can optimize supply chain performance, develop scalable logistics processes, and lead high-performing teams while maintaining outstanding service levels for customers and business partners.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, procurement teams, warehouse operations, and external logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods throughout the supply chain.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance across the network.
Distribution Management
Oversee transportation operations, route planning, carrier relationships, and distribution activities to ensure timely product delivery.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor logistics supervisors, coordinators, and operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Performance Optimization
Analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Vendor Management
Build strong relationships with transportation providers, warehouse partners, and third-party logistics companies while ensuring contractual compliance.
Budget and Cost Control
Monitor logistics expenditures, manage departmental budgets, and identify opportunities for sustainable cost reductions.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant transportation regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or distribution management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Operational Knowledge
Strong understanding of warehousing operations, inventory management, transportation planning, and supply chain optimization.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex operations, and drive measurable business improvements.
Technology
Experience working with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems WMS, Transportation Management Systems TMS, and business intelligence reporting tools.
Communication
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
Mindset
A proactive and analytical leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and business growth.
Pay: £4,800.00-£6,300.00 per month
