Full job description

The ideal candidate must be reliable and be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as have the initiative to work independently when required.

Duties will include (but not limited to)
●Grass cutting - Private and Commercial
●Scarifying
●Hedge cutting
●Preparation of new lawns for both seed and turf
●Aeration
●Leaf Collection

Essential Criteria
●Must be 25 years old or over with a Full clean UK driving licence for Van fleet Insurance
●Knowledge on how to work safely, effectively and to a timely manner
●Must be punctual, reliable, dedicated and be able to communicate effectively
●Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
●Must be physically fit due to the nature of work

Desirable Criteria:
●Previous experience preferred
●PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates

The rate of pay for this vacancy will be based on experience.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be essential in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces. A valid driving licence is required for this role, as you will operate various equipment and vehicles. Your relevant skills in gardening and horticulture will enhance the beauty of our landscapes, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
