We’re looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen for the exciting relaunch of our charming, quaint pub in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire.
This isn’t just another Head Chef role – it’s an opportunity to put your own stamp on a fresh new chapter and help create a destination known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a fantastic atmosphere.
What we’re looking for:
An experienced Head Chef with strong leadership skills.
Someone who can confidently run a busy kitchen from day one.
Excellent stock control and ordering experience.
A passion for producing outstanding food with exceptional flavour and presentation.
Creativity and enthusiasm to help design and develop exciting new menus.
High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
A team player who shares our vision and is just as excited about this relaunch as we are.
What we offer:
Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience.
