Due to retirement, a position has arisen for a Fabricator/Welder in our busy Fabrication Department.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings to manufacture steel products; has a keen eye for detail to ensure that the product meets the required quality standards and specifications; can work to the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system; and who is a self-starter with the ability to prioritise, plan and manage the workload with minimal supervision.
A recognized Fabrication/Welding qualification would be preferable but is not essential. A forklift licence and experience using lifting equipment would also be advantageous, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Must be resident in the UK, and have the right to live and work in the UK, without the need for VISA sponsorship.
