We are now looking for a Junior Nail Technician who is passionate about the industry, eager to learn, and motivated to develop their skills and career.
The Role
This is a development-focused, client-facing role where you will begin by supporting the team and gradually building your confidence in delivering nail services to a high standard.
You will receive ongoing training and support to develop your skills, with the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified Nail Technician role.
You will also be expected to contribute to the commercial success of the business by:
- Supporting client experience
- Building confidence in recommending treatments and products
- Developing towards KPIs and targets over time
Key Responsibilities Nail Services (Training & Development)
- Assist with and gradually perform nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and gel polish, Builder Gel and Acrylics.
- Work towards delivering treatments confidently and professionally
- Follow company treatment protocols and standards
Client Experience
- Support consultations with guidance from senior team members
- Build confidence in recommending treatments and aftercare
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience
Learning & Development
- Attend internal training sessions and workshops
- Develop knowledge of products, treatments, and techniques
- Be open to feedback and committed to improving skills
Clinic Standards & Compliance
- Maintain clean and organised work areas
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support the team in maintaining high clinic standards
Sales & Progression
- Begin to develop confidence in retail and rebooking
- Work towards achieving KPIs as skills develop
- Opportunity to earn commission/bonuses once targets are introduced

What You’ll Need
- Nail qualification preferred (Level 2 or equivalent), or currently training
- Basic understanding of nail treatments
- A strong willingness to learn and develop

Working Hours
- Wednesday & Thursday: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- Friday & Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 1st Sunday of each month: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous beauty/nail experience beneficial but not essential
