At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who brings strong capability in stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment delivery and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
You’ll work closely with sourcers and senior stakeholders, managing recruitment delivery across a diverse portfolio of roles in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Use your stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and confidently manage challenging conversations
- Collaborate closely with Sourcers, focusing your expertise on stakeholder partnering while leveraging sourcing support to deliver strong hiring outcomes
- Apply your end-to-end recruitment expertise to manage up to 30 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring delivery against SLAs and targets
- Use your consulting skills to guide hiring managers through recruitment strategies across a diverse mix of roles (audit & assurance, advisory, tax, consulting, and corporate functions such as HR, finance, IT)
- Apply your analytical and reporting skills to present data insights, track progress, and influence hiring decisions
- Use your relationship management skills to engage and manage agency partners, ensuring effective collaboration and value delivery
- Partner with sourcing and coordination teams to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from interview through to offer stage
- Apply your judgment to support hiring decisions and manage offer processes, including complex negotiations where required
- Drive recruitment efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and improving processes through collaboration with internal teams
- Use recruitment technologies (e.g. ATS systems such as SmartRecruiters) to maintain accurate, real-time data and reporting
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and relevant legislation while maintaining high data accuracy
Must-have
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end recruitment delivery within a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and manage challenging hiring managers
- Experience in agency management, including building and maintaining effective external partnerships
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to present data and insights confidently
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment, managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Strength in analytical thinking and reporting, using data to inform and guide recruitment decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, particularly in a recruiter + sourcer delivery model
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness in recruitment processes and systems
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS platforms, or the ability to learn quickly
- Understanding of direct sourcing principles, with experience partnering with sourcing teams
- Experience recruiting within professional services environments
- Exposure to hiring across multiple job families, including both business and corporate functions
